I was just like this cant be the way that interviewing is done today but once I did a few interviews I was like wow this is all what interviews is. So yes, I think thats something that I was not sure of. Are they just really smart people that you want to work with? What did you base it on? Its aim was to use the wisdom of the crowd to get to the truth of contentious claims and answer thorny questions, such as whether criticism about Ethereums scaling, culture, roadmap, and fundraising was justified.
