Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one son Timothy Lee 1952 Lucille was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was not only kind, caring, and generous, but she also was an inspiration to many. His wife of 47 years is the former Patricia Shields. They bought a beautiful home in Mount Joy, PA and looked forward to starting a family and a new chapter of their life when Rachel's life was tragically cut short.
